2. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Naos, a coding assistant based on AI models, served through inferencekey. It works from the terminal (naos code), from VS Code and from the web.
3. Sign up and account
You need an account to use Naos. You must be of legal age and give truthful information. One account per person.
You are responsible for keeping your password and your devices' keys confidential, and for what is done from your account: do not share them.
4. Your code and the Outputs
You keep all rights to what you send to the assistant (your Inputs: messages, code and files). The answers you get (the Outputs) are yours too, to the extent the law allows.
You grant us no license over them beyond what is needed to process them and provide the service: take them to the model and bring the answer back. Neither we nor inferencekey train models on them, and inferencekey runs the model on its own servers, without sending them to external model providers: the Privacy policy explains it.
You warrant that you have the right to send what you send and that it does not infringe third party rights.
5. Plans, prices and payments
Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew by themselves every month. The current prices are:
- Pro: 29 EUR a month + VAT (35.09 EUR with Spain's 21 % VAT).
- Max: 89 EUR a month + VAT (107.69 EUR with Spain's 21 % VAT).
- Ultra: 169 EUR a month + VAT (204.49 EUR with Spain's 21 % VAT).
- Flota: 299 EUR a month + VAT (361.79 EUR with Spain's 21 % VAT).
The final VAT, or the tax that applies, depends on the country of your billing address: Stripe works it out, adds it to the price and shows you the total before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Every plan has a usage cap per 5 hour window, per week and per month. When you reach a cap, access pauses until the next period; you are never charged more than the plan. The token figures of each plan are indicative.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel whenever you want from your account, with no lock-in. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the month already paid, and then your access keys stop working.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the day you subscribe to the plan, without giving any reason and at no cost other than the one explained below.
Before paying you tick a box asking for the plan to start now, within that period, and acknowledging that once it has been fully provided you lose the right of withdrawal. Without that box the payment does not open. We keep your request and, after the payment, you can download the contract confirmation from your account.
If you withdraw after asking to start at once, you pay only the proportional part of the service provided until the day you tell us you withdraw (art. 108.3 of the Spanish consumer protection act, TRLGDCU). We refund the rest within 14 calendar days at most of receiving your notice, by the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
To withdraw, write to sales@inferencekey.com before the period ends with a clear statement of your decision, or send us the withdrawal form of section 13 (using it is not mandatory). Sending it within the period is enough.
Outside withdrawal, cancelling gives no refund of the current month: the plan stays active until the end of the month already paid (section 6).
8. Acceptable use
Do not resell or share access, do not try to get around the caps and do not use Naos to attack other people's systems, create malicious software, infringe third party rights or do anything against the law.
If you break these terms we may suspend your access or close your account.
9. Liability and model mistakes
Outputs are generated by an AI model: they can contain mistakes, insecure code or code similar to third party code. Review them before you use them. Naos shows you every change and every command before making it, and you decide whether to approve it.
We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee it is free of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the Outputs without reviewing them.
10. Data protection
The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy policy, and the owner details are in the Legal notice.
11. Changes
We may change these terms or the price of the plans for legal, technical or business reasons. We will announce them on your account page and on this website at least 15 days in advance: the new version is published on this page with its date and the notice is shown in your account. If you do not agree, you can cancel at no cost before they apply.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. If you subscribe as a professional or a business, both parties submit to the courts of Zaragoza, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
13. Withdrawal form
Model withdrawal form (annex B of the Spanish consumer protection act, TRLGDCU). Complete and send it, by email to sales@inferencekey.com or by post, only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
